My delightful friend Karen was kind enough to cook me a yummy breakfast treat. She has a gorgeous apartment overlooking Sydney Park and we ate outside on her fabulous new outdoor setting. I’m so glad she moved to our area so I get to see her more often. She’s off to South Africa to visit her sister and nephew in a few days.
Scrambled eggs with tasty extras
I’ll describe this rather than write a recipe for something I didn’t cook but she did give me a rundown on what was in it. The scrambled meggs had capsicum and onion in them and they were served on the gluten free bread I bought which was spread with cream cheese and avocado and accompanied by some yummy bacon.
A most awesome start to the weekend. 🙂
