Fancy potato salad as a meal

With the taller half sick I had to jump in quickly and make something yummy. 6 medium sized pontiac potatoes cut into 2-3cm sized pieces with skin on 2 tablespoons good quality mayo Juice of half a lemon 1/4 cup chopped dill 1/4 cup chopped chives 6 thin slices of prosciutto cut into 1cm strips…

Snapper with broadbeans and spanish style sauce

Well. I’ve returned safely albeit a little dusty from Burning Man in the Blackrock Desert in Nevada and my need for good healthy homecooked food is great. I’m here to tell you that the memories will fade after trying this delicious recipe. I know my mum used to try and disguise…

More breakfast potato

I seem to be on weekend morning kitchen duty at the moment. Saturday saw us have home made hash browns, boiled eggs and grilled tomato. For home made hash browns simply grate potato, form into evenly sized piles and drop into very hot sunflower oil, cooking until golden brown. Enjoy!
