Sasha decided to celebrate the kick off of Oktoberfest and made us tasty German goods. Bratwurst (pork and veal) sausages, sauerkraut, mashed potato, peas and gherkins.

We get our sausages from Deli on King, King Street Newtown. They don’t put any flour in their sausages and these one are particularly creamy and spongy in texture, almost like marshmallow. Seriously good sausage! I can not emphasise this enough. Truly yum and coeliac or wheat intolerant friendly.

I did’t see the need to post a recipe for this one. I’m pretty sure it’s self explanatory.
