Soft centred chocolate pudding and raspberry sauce

This was so easy and so yum. This recipe is for two.

100g good quality dark chocolate
50g butter
70 sugar
2 eggs
20g spelt flour

Butter and flour ramekins moulds. Melt chocolate and butter. Beat sugar and eggs then add chocolate. Whisk in flour. Spoon into ramekins moulds. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 7-10 mins. Let it sit for 5 mins before serving.

For the raspberry sauce I used a cup of frozen raspberries and heated them in a pan with a few teaspoons of castor sugar to taste. If it starts to dry out just add a little water.
