Yucatán style prawn tacos


I found the secret to the style of tacos in the Yucatán really focused on the freshness of the ingredients. Imagine scoffing these in a tropical paradise by the sea? So awesome.

Green prawns marinated in lime, garlic, chilli and coriander (couple of hours) then flash fried.
Salsa made with chopped spanish onion, coriander, red capsicum, tomato, salt and pepper and lime juice.

Pop ingredients on fresh corn tortillas topped with sliced avocado and grated good quality white mozzeralla.
