Yellow tail king fish with herb marinade


Another gem from celebrity iron chef seafood.

2 Kingfish fillets
4 Cloves Garlic
3 long fresh Red chilli’s
1 lime Zest
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup continental parsley
½ cup oregano leaves
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
sea salt
freshly ground white pepper to taste

To make the marinade, simply blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding water if necessary
Marinate the fillets liberally for an hour.
grill the fish till medium rare.
Serve straight away with lemon wedges.
